Here's what you'll need for this project: empty toilet paper tubes(we've always got plenty of these around), craft paint in white, orange and yellow, a foam brush, a clear spray to seal the paint and make it shiny(I used ModPodge Clear Acrylic Sealer), stapler, hole punch and ribbon. (I forgot to picture the last three items.)
Start by painting one end of a toilet paper tube with yellow paint.
Paint the other end with the white paint.
Finish the painting with a large section of orange paint in the middle.
Spray the sealer on the painted tubes for a shiny finish.
Staple the yellow end or use hot glue gun to seal.
Pinch the white end together in the opposite direction of the yellow end to form a point and give the sides the appearance of being triangles. Make a small hole in the middle with a hole punch.

Fill the pocket with your favorite treats, thread a ribbon through and tie a knot or bow to finish it off. There you go! Easy Peasy! If you're looking for another easy toilet paper craft, check out my Fabulously Frugal Pumpkins. Thanks so much for stopping by!
