Pumpkin Pie Sundae

Show of hands.... Who loves pumpkin pie? (picture me raising both my hands) Who isn't quite ready to make one and have to eat the whole thing by herself? (Again, picture me raising my hands.) So, looking for a tasty alternative, I came up with this Pumpkin Pie Sundae.
Here's what you need:
Pumpkin butter, vanilla ice cream, sliced almonds and butter cookies or vanilla wafers.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a bowl. Heat up a tablespoon or two of pumpkin butter in the microwave for 10-12 seconds. Pour over the ice cream. Top with sliced almonds and cookie. Voila! Pumpkin Pie Sundae! I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did!
(Note: These Trader Joe's Ultimate Vanilla Wafer Cookies are incredible ~ they're a cross between a Nilla Wafer and a Danish butter cookie.)
