Here's what you need:
Pumpkin butter, vanilla ice cream, sliced almonds and butter cookies or vanilla wafers.

Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a bowl. Heat up a tablespoon or two of pumpkin butter in the microwave for 10-12 seconds. Pour over the ice cream. Top with sliced almonds and cookie. Voila! Pumpkin Pie Sundae! I hope you enjoy this treat as much as I did!
(Note: These Trader Joe's Ultimate Vanilla Wafer Cookies are incredible ~ they're a cross between a Nilla Wafer and a Danish butter cookie.)
